Ubaidur Rahman is a Pakistani politician from Lower Dir District who serves as a member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He contested the 2024 general elections as a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf backed independent candidate from constituency PK-17 Lower Dir-IV and assumed office in February 2024. In addition to his legislative duties, he has served as an advisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for health affairs and as the District Development Advisory Committee Chairman for Lower Dir.
