Věra Kovářová is a Czech politician and economist who has served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic since 2013. A member of the Mayors and Independents (STAN) party, she previously served as the first deputy speaker of the Chamber of Deputies from 2021 to 2025. Before entering national politics, she was a local representative and mayor of the municipality of Chýně and served as a member of the Central Bohemian Regional Assembly. Her career also includes extensive experience as a lecturer in business German and management.
