Värner Lootsmann

Värner Lootsmann is an Estonian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Loksa. Born in 1945, he has had a long career in public service, including serving as the Governor of Harju County from 2006 to 2009 and as a member of the Riigikogu (Estonian Parliament) from 1999 to 2007. A member of the Estonian Centre Party since 1992, he has held various administrative roles, including Nõmme district elder in Tallinn. He remains active in local government, having been re-elected to his mayoral post in late 2025.
