Vasyl Mokan is a Ukrainian politician and political scientist currently serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the IX convocation. He holds a PhD in Political Science and previously worked as a political consultant and co-founder of the Ukrainian Politconsulting Group. Elected to parliament in 2019 on the Servant of the People party list, he has served as deputy chairman of the Committee on Youth and Sports and as the Permanent Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, he joined the 'Smart Politics' political association.
