Velenkosini Fiki Hlabisa is a South African politician serving as the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs since June 2024. A long-time member of the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP), he has led the party as its president since 2019 and has served as a member of the National Assembly since 2023. Previously, he was a teacher and school principal for over two decades, a municipal councillor, and the Leader of the Opposition in the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature. He is a key figure in South Africa's Government of National Unity.
