Vemula Veeresham is an Indian politician and member of the Telangana Legislative Assembly representing the Nakrekal constituency. He began his political career with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, winning his first term in the 2014 Andhra Pradesh/Telangana Assembly elections. After a defeat in 2018, he joined the Indian National Congress and won back the seat in the 2023 legislative assembly election, subsequently being appointed as Government Whip in March 2026.
