Nelsi Coguetto Maria, known politically as Vermelho, is a Brazilian politician currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Paraná. Born in Francisco Beltrão, he has been an active member of the Liberal Party (PL) and holds a seat in the 57th legislature (2023–2027).
