Veronica Tan is an Indonesian politician and entrepreneur currently serving as the Deputy Minister of Women Empowerment and Child Protection. Before entering national politics, she was active in social organizations, including serving as the chairperson of the Indonesian Cancer Foundation's DKI Jakarta branch and head of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Movement Team. As an entrepreneur, she founded a beef importing company and co-founded a home care service provider. She studied architecture at Pelita Harapan University.
