Veronika Nitsche

Veronika Nitsche is an Austrian politician representing The Greens in the Landtag of Styria. Born in Zams, Tyrol, she has resided in Graz since 2001. Nitsche holds a background in law and international project management, having worked for the World University Service Austria since 2001. Since her election to the Landtag in 2019, she has served as a spokesperson for human rights, diversity, science, and research. In late 2024, she was elected as the chairwoman of the Green Women's organization in Styria.
