Vilma Balle Caluag

Vilma Balle Caluag is a Filipino politician and businesswoman currently serving as the 33rd Mayor of San Fernando, Pampanga. Elected in 2022 as the city's first female mayor, she secured a second term in 2025. Her administration has focused on health and education, notably establishing the Fernandino Dialysis Center and launching professional teacher deployment programs. Previously, she served as a city councilor and as the Barangay Captain of Barangay Dolores. An entrepreneur by trade, she co-founded several local businesses, including medical and educational institutions, before entering public service.
