Tucao Mastura

Tucao Mastura is a Filipino politician serving as the first elected governor of the province of Maguindanao del Norte. A member of a prominent political family with royal lineage in the Sultanate of Maguindanao, he previously served as the long-time mayor of Sultan Kudarat, where he received numerous awards for local governance and peace initiatives. Throughout his career, he has been a key figure in regional peace negotiations and local administration, notably playing a significant role in the creation of the municipality of Sultan Mastura and opposing established political dynasties in the region.
