Vivencio Bringas Dizon is a Filipino economist and government official currently serving as the Secretary of Public Works and Highways. Previously, he held the position of Secretary of Transportation in 2025 and served as the Presidential Adviser for Flagship Programs and Projects under the Duterte administration. Dizon is widely recognized for his leadership as the President and CEO of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority and his role as the Deputy Chief Implementer of the National Action Plan Against COVID-19.
