Arlene B. Arcillas

Arlene B. Arcillas is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Mayor of Santa Rosa, Laguna, a position she has held since 2019, following previous terms from 2007 to 2016. A graduate of the University of the Philippines Los Baños with a degree in Biology, she began her political career as a youth leader before serving as a city councilor and vice mayor. During her tenure, she has focused on sustainable urban development, environmental protection through initiatives like the Santa Rosa River Greenway, and economic growth. In 2011, she was awarded the Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award for her contributions to public service.
