Virginia Magaña Fonseca is a Mexican politician currently serving as a Senator for the state of Guanajuato for the 2024–2030 term. A psychologist by training, she has held various roles in social development and women's advocacy, including serving as president of the board of the Municipal Institute for Women in León. Before her election to the Senate as part of the 'Sigamos Haciendo Historia' coalition, she worked extensively in academic administration and social project coordination.
