Vivek Tankha

Vivek Krishna Tankha is an Indian politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, representing Madhya Pradesh. A prominent legal expert, he has served as the Additional Solicitor General of India and as the Advocate General of Madhya Pradesh. Within the Indian National Congress, he chairs the party's legal department. Tankha is known for his legislative work, including the introduction of a private member bill in 2022 aimed at the rehabilitation and restitution of Kashmiri Pandits.
