Vladimír Kolek is a Czech politician serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic since October 2025. Born in Karviná in 1960, he spent two decades working in the private sector before entering politics. He has been a member of the Karviná city council since 2014 and served as the deputy mayor of the city starting in 2018. Additionally, he was elected to the Moravian-Silesian regional assembly in 2024, where he chairs the regional commission for international cooperation. He is a member of the ANO movement.
