Vladimir Šoljić is a Bosnian Croat politician who served as the second President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1997. Born in 1943, he initially worked at the SOKO aircraft factory in Mostar before holding several ministerial positions during the Bosnian War within the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, including minister of energy industry and mining and minister of defense. Following the war, he served as President and subsequently as Vice-President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and later led the Croatian Community of Herzeg-Bosnia as president until becoming an emeritus member in 2010.
