Vlastimil Hebr

Vlastimil Hebr is a Czech politician and technician serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic since November 2025. A member of the ANO movement, he previously worked as a technician and maintenance manager in the private sector. Hebr holds a master's degree in commercial electrical engineering and has served on regional committees focused on digitalization and IT in the Plzeň Region. He assumed his parliamentary seat after replacing Roman Zarzycký, who resigned to focus on his duties as the Mayor of Plzeň.
