Кальцев Володимир Федорович

Volodymyr Kaltsev is a Ukrainian politician and former People's Deputy of Ukraine. Born in Berdyansk, he holds a degree in history and a PhD in economics. Throughout his career, he has served as the acting mayor of Zaporizhzhia and as the first deputy head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration. A former member of the Party of Regions and later the Opposition Platform — For Life, Kaltsev has been involved in regional governance and business management, notably leading the Alexander company. He has received several state awards for his contributions to Ukrainian society.
