Walberto Allende

Walberto Allende is an Argentine politician currently serving as a National Deputy for San Juan Province, a position he has held since 2017. A member of the Justicialist Party, he previously served as the Minister of Human Development for San Juan and as the mayor of Nueve de Julio. Throughout his legislative career, he has participated in various parliamentary commissions, including those focused on population, human development, and mining. Allende is known for his conservative stance on social issues, having consistently voted against the legalization of abortion in Argentina during congressional debates in 2018 and 2020.
