Wan Muhamad Noor Matha is a veteran Thai politician who currently serves as a Member of the House of Representatives of Thailand. A prominent leader of the Wahdah Group, he has held numerous high-level government positions throughout his career, including Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Interior, Minister of Transport, and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. He made history as the first Thai Muslim to serve as the Speaker of the House of Representatives, holding the office in multiple non-consecutive terms, including his tenure from 2023 to 2025. Before entering politics, he worked as an educator and university administrator in Southern Thailand.
