Wiebke Neumann is a German politician and member of the Abgeordnetenhaus of Berlin, representing the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Born in Quedlinburg in 1986, she studied political science at the University of Bremen and the University of Potsdam, earning a master's degree in 2013. Prior to her legislative career, she worked for the SPD party executive committee from 2013 to 2023. Neumann served as a member of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district assembly from 2016 to 2021 and assumed her current seat in the Berlin state parliament in May 2023.
