Wiebke Winter

Wiebke Winter is a German politician and lawyer serving as a member of the Bremische Bürgerschaft since 2023. She has held the position of CDU parliamentary group leader and leader of the opposition in the Bremen state parliament since June 2025. A prominent figure within the Christian Democratic Union, she has been a member of the party's federal executive board since 2021 and joined its federal presidium in 2026. Previously, she led the Junge Union in Bremen and co-founded the Klimaunion, an initiative advocating for more ambitious climate policies within the Union parties. Winter, who holds a doctorate in law, is recognized for her focus on legal, health, and climate policy.
