William Penterman

William Penterman is an American politician and dairy farmer serving as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Born in 1996 and raised in Wisconsin, he served in the United States Army and the Military Police Corps from 2015 to 2019, and he continues to serve in the United States Army Reserve. Penterman previously worked as a legislative assistant and was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2021, initially representing the 37th district before moving to represent the 38th district in 2025. A member of the Republican Party, he is known for his conservative background, having founded the Ripon College chapter of Young Americans for Freedom.
