Wojciech Balczun is a Polish politician, manager, and musician currently serving as the Minister of State Assets in the third cabinet of Donald Tusk since July 2025. Before entering his current ministerial role, he held several high-profile management positions, including serving as the chairman of Ukrainian Railways from 2016 to 2017 and president of PKP Cargo from 2008 to 2013. He also served as the president of the Industrial Development Agency in 2025. Beyond his professional career in management and public administration, Balczun is known as a rock guitarist for the band Chemia.
