Yüksel Mansur Kılınç is a Turkish politician and media executive currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for Istanbul, representing the Republican People's Party (CHP). He has held various political roles, including serving as the CHP group deputy chairman for the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and as a deputy provincial chairman for the CHP in Istanbul.
