Yüksel Mansur Kılınç is a Turkish politician and media executive currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for Istanbul, representing the Republican People's Party (CHP). Before his parliamentary career, he was a prominent figure in the media industry, founding Yön Radyo in 1994 and the news portal yonhaber.com in 2013. He has held various political roles, including serving as the CHP group deputy chairman for the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and as a deputy provincial chairman for the CHP in Istanbul. He is married and has one child.
