Y Thanh Hà Niê Kđăm is a Vietnamese politician of the Ede ethnic group and a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He currently serves as the Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and is the Head of the National Assembly Delegation for Lam Dong Province. Throughout his career, he has held significant leadership roles, including Chairman of the Council for Ethnic Affairs of the National Assembly and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc. He has extensive experience in local governance, having previously served as the Secretary of the Buon Ma Thuot City Party Committee and in various administrative positions within the Dak Lak provincial government.
