Yuzo Yamamoto is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives for Shizuoka's 3rd district. Born in Kakegawa, Shizuoka, he graduated from Rikkyo University and studied abroad at the University of Leeds. Before entering national politics, he served three terms as a member of the Kakegawa City Council, where he also held the position of council chair. After an unsuccessful bid in the 2024 general election, he was elected to the House of Representatives in February 2026.
