Абдиев, Ерлан Турсунбаевич

Yerlan Abdiyev is a Kazakhstani politician and mining engineer who has served as a member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan since March 2023. A wheelchair user, he is a prominent advocate for the rights of people with disabilities and has chaired the 'Inclusive Community of Experts' organization. Before entering politics, he worked in the mining industry for several years and served as an advisor on disability issues to the Turkistan regional administration. He is a member of the Committee on Economic Reform and Regional Development.
