Барлыбаев, Ерлан Хайланович

Yerlan Barlybayev is a Kazakhstani politician currently serving as a Member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. First elected in 2016, he has been re-elected in subsequent cycles and has held leadership roles within the Majilis, including chairing the Committee on Agrarian Issues. Before his parliamentary career, Barlybayev held various executive positions in the energy and agricultural sectors and has served as the Deputy Chairman of the Ak Zhol Democratic Party, focusing on economic policy and entrepreneurship support.
