肥後 洋一朗

Yoichiro Higo is a Japanese politician currently serving his fourth term as a member of the Osaka Prefectural Assembly, representing the city of Neyagawa. Before entering politics, he worked for approximately 15 years in the civil engineering sector as a geological survey technician and civil engineering construction manager. First elected to the Neyagawa City Council in 2007, he transitioned to the prefectural assembly in 2011. Higo is a member of the Komeito party and emphasizes a 'field-first' approach to policy, focusing on disaster prevention, education, medical care, and community development.
