Yoshiaki Matsuda is a Japanese politician serving as a long-term member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly, representing the Totsuka Ward of Yokohama. Throughout his career, he has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the 100th Chairman of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly and as a leader within the Liberal Democratic Party's prefectural branch. Matsuda is deeply involved in martial arts and civic organizations, currently presiding over several regional associations, including the Kanagawa Prefectural Aikido Federation and the national association of local legislators dedicated to rescuing Japanese citizens abducted by North Korea.
