平出 陽子

Yoko Hirade is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly, representing the Hakodate constituency. First elected to the assembly in 1991, she has maintained a long-standing career in regional politics. Before entering public office, she worked as a teacher in public elementary and junior high schools.
