Yolly Montilla

Yolly Montilla is a Venezuelan politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly for Circuit 11 in the state of Zulia. A licensed educator and native of the Baralt municipality, she has been a long-time supporter of the socialist project initiated by Hugo Chávez. Her political career includes roles in community councils, health committees, and as a local organizer for the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV). In 2013, she was appointed as the Sole Authority for Education in her municipality, and she previously served as a substitute deputy before her election to the National Assembly in 2025.
