Yook Dong-han

Yook Dong-han is a South Korean politician and former high-ranking bureaucrat currently serving as the Mayor of Chuncheon. After passing the 24th Public Administration Examination, he held various key positions in the Ministry of Finance and Economy and served as the Vice Minister of the Office for Government Policy Coordination during the Lee Myung-bak administration. Following his career in the civil service, he led the Gangwon Institute and entered politics, eventually being elected as the Mayor of Chuncheon in 2022. He is known for his background in economic policy and his focus on regional development and urban planning.
