冨波 義明

Yoshiaki Toba is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Shiga Prefectural Assembly, representing Yasu City. Born in 1954, he graduated from Hiroshima University's Faculty of Education. Before entering politics, he worked as a high school teacher in Shiga Prefecture, where he also served as a baseball coach and advisor. First elected to the prefectural assembly in 2011, he has focused his legislative work on education, child-rearing support, and regional development.
