筆保 祥一

Yoshikazu Fudeyasu is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly, representing the Kizugawa City and Soraku District constituency. He is affiliated with the joint parliamentary group of the Democratic Party for the People and Nippon Ishin no Kai. Prior to his election to the prefectural assembly, he worked as a civil servant for the City of Kobe and served as a public secretary to a member of the House of Representatives. He is a graduate of Nihon University.
