Yoshiko Ichikawa is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly, representing the Saiwai-ku district of Kawasaki. A graduate of Keio University, she began her career as a secretary to a member of the House of Councillors before entering local politics. She was first elected to the Kawasaki City Council in 2007 and subsequently won multiple terms in the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles including chair of the Education Committee and policy chief for the Constitutional Democratic Party's prefectural assembly caucus. She is actively involved in local community organizations, serving as president of the Saiwai Ward Cultural Association and the Kawasaki Folk Song Association.
