黒田 栄継

Yoshitsugu Kuroda is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly representing the Tokachi district. A member of the Liberal Democratic Party, he has focused his legislative work on the promotion and development of primary industries, particularly agriculture, and has advocated for the advancement of the space industry in Hokkaido. Prior to his election to the prefectural assembly in 2023, he served as a member of the Memuro Town Council. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Education at Ehime University.
