Young Syefura Othman

Young Syefura Othman is a Malaysian politician and nurse who has served as the Member of Parliament for Bentong since November 2022. A member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), she previously served as a Member of the Pahang State Legislative Assembly for Ketari from 2018 to 2022. She holds several leadership roles within her party, including Assistant National Publicity Secretary and State Vice Chairperson of DAP Pahang. Young Syefura is noted for being the first Malay woman to serve as a DAP Member of Parliament and remains an active advocate for her constituents in Bentong.
