神谷 幸伸

Yukinobu Kamiya is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly representing Kanuma. First elected in 1999, he has served six terms in the assembly, including tenures as the 98th Chairman and 104th Vice-Chairman of the Prefectural Assembly.
