Yurii Zdebskyi is a Ukrainian politician and military veteran serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the 9th convocation. A former colonel in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, he served for 28 years and participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions between 2014 and 2016. Elected to parliament in 2019 representing the 172nd district in Kharkiv, he is a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence.
