Кальченко, Сергей Витальевич

Serhii Kalchenko is a Ukrainian politician and legal expert serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine. Born in Kyiv in 1964, he holds degrees in electronic engineering and law. Before entering politics, he worked as an attorney and served as an expert for the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe. He gained prominence as a legal representative for Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the 2019 presidential election. As a parliamentarian, he has chaired the Committee on Rules of Procedure and Parliamentary Ethics and has been a member of the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
