Yvonne Lopez

Yvonne Lopez is an American politician serving as a member of the New Jersey General Assembly, representing the 19th Legislative District since 2018. Before her political career, she held a long-term position in the community relations department at Wachovia Bank and served as the CEO and executive director of the Puerto Rican Association for Human Development. In the legislature, she focuses on housing and community development, currently chairing the Assembly Housing Committee. Her legislative priorities include addressing housing affordability and regulating rent-setting algorithms.
