Zaal Mikeladze

Zaal Mikeladze is a Georgian politician and pediatrician who has served as a member of the Parliament of Georgia since 2020. Initially elected as a member of the ruling Georgian Dream party, he joined the People's Power movement in 2022, a group within the parliamentary majority known for its Eurosceptic and anti-Western stance. He currently serves as the deputy chair of the parliamentary Committee on Health Care and Social Issues and was a prominent initiator of the controversial legislation on foreign influence.
