Zoran Pažin

Zoran Pažin is a Montenegrin jurist and politician who served as the Minister of Justice and Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro from 2016 to 2020. A graduate of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, he previously worked as a judge at the Basic Court in Podgorica and represented Montenegro before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. During his tenure in government, he was a key figure in the administration of Duško Marković and a primary initiator of the 2019 law on religious communities. Although elected to the Parliament of Montenegro in 2020, he resigned from the position shortly after the election results were announced.
