Zurab Nasaraia

Zurab Nasaraia is a Georgian politician currently serving as the Governor of Guria. He began his political career in 1999 on the Poti local council and served as a Member of Parliament starting in 2002, where he was active on the Committee on Tax Revenue, Finance and Budget, as well as the Interim Corruption Investigation Commission. After a hiatus from politics during which he worked for Georgian Railways, he returned to public office in 2018 upon his appointment as the Governor of the Guria region.
