Zuwera Ibrahimah

Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah is a Ghanaian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the Salaga South Constituency in the Savannah Region. Elected in 2020, she made history as the first woman from the region to hold a parliamentary seat in the Fourth Republic. Before her political career, she worked extensively in community development, diplomacy, and administration, including roles with the Information Services Department, Catholic Relief Services, and as a Minister-Counsellor at the Ghana High Commission in London. She currently serves on the Foreign Affairs and Appointments Committees of Parliament.
