Zuzana Mrázová (formerly Zuzana Schwarz Bařtipánová) is a Czech politician serving as the Minister of Regional Development in the third cabinet of Andrej Babiš since December 2025. She has been a member of the Chamber of Deputies since October 2025 and previously served as the mayor of Bílina starting in 2018. In her political career, she has focused on issues such as housing support and the improvement of construction permitting processes. She also ran for the Czech Senate in the 2020 Teplice by-election.
