Zviad Shalamberidze

Zviad Shalamberidze is a Georgian politician currently serving as a Member of the Parliament of Georgia, a position he has held since 2020. He is a member of the Georgian Dream party and serves as the First Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Regional Policy and Self-Government. Prior to his parliamentary career, he held significant regional administrative roles, including serving as the State Representative (Governor) of the Imereti region. In recent years, Shalamberidze has been subject to targeted international sanctions from Estonia, Lithuania, and Ukraine, which he has publicly contested.
